INDIVIDUAL:
An “individual” is one person logged in from 1 computer.

GROUP:
A “group” is two or more people logged in from 1 computer.

SITE LICENSE:
A “site license” includes access for up to 25 logins per organization or association.

CAN I ADD WORKSHOPS TO MY EXISTING REGISTRATION?
If you have already registered and would like to add one or both workshops to augment your conference experience, please contact us for a link to upgrade your registration.
HOW CAN I UPGRADE FROM AN INDIVIDUAL TO A GROUP OR SITE LICENSE?
You can upgrade your registration at any time. Please contact us and include your order number. We’ll provide easy instructions to upgrade your registration.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY?
Registrations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days before the event. If is it fewer than 14 days before the event, registrations may not be cancelled, but they may be re-assigned to another individual.
